Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • ½ c Balsamic vinegar
  • ½ c olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Caprece Chicken Breast

  • 1 c Chicken breast boiled
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ⅓ tsp Salt

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c Cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g Mozzarella balls
  • 1 c Cucumber
  • 4 c Spinach
  • 1 c Basil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all the ingredients.

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing.

  • Pour some dressing into serving jars, top with the cherry tomatoes
