Tonight my son and I prepared kits of toiletries for the folks that visit the soup kitchen. The kits include shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, deodorant, tooth paste and a tooth brush. My company, Slalom, volunteers at this soup kitchen every first Tuesday of the month. The employees in my office collected the toiletries from their homes, and we purchased the deodorant in bulk.
